The website futzone.io (the “Website”) and all content, services, and products available at or through the Website, including the FutZone iOS and Android applications and any premium offerings (together, the “Services”), are owned and operated by FutZone (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the Services. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services. By accessing the Website or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
If you create an account or post any material on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may deactivate or terminate access to your account at our discretion, including for prolonged inactivity or breach of these Terms.
If you upload or post any material (“Content”), you are solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that your Content and conduct comply with these Terms and our House Rules.
By contributing Content, you grant FutZone a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and display such Content in connection with the Services.
You also grant other users of the Services a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to access and share your Content through the Services, provided they attribute you where feasible.
Optional paid features may be available (“Premium”). By selecting a paid option, you agree to pay the applicable subscription or one-time fee plus taxes. Purchases are billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are subject to the applicable store’s policies.
The Services and all content are provided for general information only and on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees that the Services are error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Services.
We (or our licensors) own the Services, trademarks, and materials on the Website, except for third-party assets which remain their property. FutZone is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS™.
We may amend these Terms periodically. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your store account. Certain sections of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $100. Nothing limits liability prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutZone from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your Content or misuse of the Services.
We do not guarantee the Services are virus-free. You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or perform denial-of-service attacks. Violations may be reported to authorities.
These Terms are written in English (US). In case of conflict, the English version controls.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Invalid provisions will be removed without affecting the rest. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization or sale.
Without written permission, you may not perform automated data collection (scraping, bots, crawlers) from the Services. Limited academic or journalistic use may be permitted with explicit written consent.
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
